Our tech team is brimming with an obscene amount of talent and love for tech - they are all hugely experienced and seriously love to share that experience with their colleagues, while soaking up an array of phenomenal new skills from their equally knowledgeable, and not-at-all-boastful team mates.
The Technology
The backend uses MVC.NET and .NET Core
with other technologies used where applicable. We host on AWS and Google Cloud Platform and deploy several times daily
through CI/CD. DevOps are handled on team. We use Vue.js to perform comparison in real time on the client’s browser. Using SASS and BEM to keep our custom CSS
organised, no Bootstrap here, enabling us to present visually appealing products.
Our code base is thoroughly tested at 6 different levels including UI/HTML, CSS
and JavaScript with minimal manual regression testing required. We use NoSQL data stores and leverage a service orientated
architecture. We use Machine Learning to serve more intelligent results to customers. Code is kept up to date and technical
debt prioritised and removed. We use Git for source control and release from Master.
