We use LEAN methodology, embrace ‘no-estimates’ culture and employ Agile principles to streamline our technical workload. We measure our success on working software delivered to end users.
Setting the pace
We are constantly seeking to improve our efficiency and to ditch working methods that slow down our decision making and product delivery - nothing was ever solved by copious admin.
Raising our game
We are never ‘finished’ with a product. Although we are always pushing forward, we continue to improve upon our existing products. We thirst for feedback that helps us eliminate problems in code and performance, and improve the front and back ends of our sites.
New product development
We are ambitious. We are constantly seeking to pioneer new websites and features in order to support our plans for growth and to diversify our proposition. We build and test several new ideas every year, from inception to delivery which means we operate at a fast pace and have a rapid learning cycle.

Our team love to identify and engage customers via digital prospecting. We utilise a highly data driven but creative approach and a distribution model that includes search, social media, targeted ads, display banners and Pay-Per-Click to get the maximum possible visibility - that’s eyeballs on sites in simple terms.
Performance monetisation
We specialise in monetising the customer journey. Taking our users from first click to final sale in data-driven, first-class service the entire way through the sales funnel and ensuring customers sign up for the very best service for them before they leave the site. We also utilise our traffic and data-mining for lead-generation on behalf of other companies, matching customers with the services they need.

In addition to our grassroots brands, we have acquired existing brands such as sellmymobile.com, comparemymobile.com and mobilephonechecker.co.uk which our team will develop and grow within the Decision Tech portfolio. We have an entrepreneurial spirit, giving the potential for further acquisitions in the future where this aligns with our strategic direction.
